NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE 
4 eggs
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 c. milk
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Cinnamon
Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate egg whites and beat until stiff. Add egg yolks, cream cheese, sour cream, cornstarch, vanilla and sugar, mix until smooth. Mix graham crackers with some cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle this mixture into a greased spring form pan. Pour in cake mixture. Bake one hour. Turn off oven, open door halfway and leave cake in oven for another hour. Refrigerate cake. Note: Use at least a 4 quart bowl for mixing ingredients.
