CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage, shredded
6 whole green onions, chopped fine
2 1/2 oz. pkg. almonds
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 pkg. Top Ramen chicken soup mix
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

In large frying pan, melt butter, add noodles (crumbled), sesame seeds and almonds. Brown slightly, add flavor mix from soup, mix well and cool.

To shredded cabbage and onions, add cooled mixture, top with dressing made from oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss well. Serves 15.
