CHICKEN ARTICHOKE SALAD | |
1 box chicken Rice a Roni 1 jar marinated artichokes 4 green onions, chopped 1 1/4 c. ripe olives (2 sm. cans, chopped) 1 c. mayonnaise 3-4 chicken breasts Cook, debone and chop chicken. Cook rice according to package. Chip artichokes, mix liquid with mayonnaise. Combine all ingredients and stir. Chill overnight. Serve on a lettuce bed. For a side dish, use no chicken and less mayonnaise. |
