CHICKEN ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 jars (3 1/2 oz. each) marinated artichokes
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3-4 chicken breasts
Ripe olives, sliced (optional)

Cook and debone chicken. Cut into pieces. Cook rice. Chop artichokes. Mix artichoke liquid with mayonnaise. Combine chicken, rice-a-roni, green onion, green pepper, artichokes and olives with mayonnaise mixture. Chill overnight. Serves 4.
