CHICKEN ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
6 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
1/3 c. mayonnaise
marinade from artichokes (not all)
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, diced
2 c. cooked diced chicken

Prepare Rice-A-Roni, combine with onion, green pepper and olives. Mix marinade with mayonnaise and curry powder. Add to rice. Add artichokes and chicken. Toss.

Makes 8-12 servings.
