STRAWBERRY FREEZE 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. melted butter
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. sliced strawberries
2/3 c. sugar (if using frozen strawberries)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Stir first 4 ingredients. Spread in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with 2/3 mixture on bottom. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, lemon juice in a big bowl with mixer. Beat until stiff. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with whole berries.
