TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 can tuna
1/2 green pepper, diced into sm. pieces
8 oz. or 4 oz. box macaroni pasta
1/2 yellow onion
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. butter
6 slices American cheese or mild cheddar cheese

Broil macaroni as directed on package. In a saucepan melt butter and saute green pepper and onions until tender. In large mixing bowl combine tuna, cooked macaroni, golden cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper to taste, cooked green pepper and onions. Pour ingredients into casserole dish; top with cheese slice cut in half. Bake until cheese melts completely and mixture bubbles.
