1 c. light Karo
1 c. sugar

Bring to rapid boil; remove from heat immediately.

12 oz. chunky peanut butter

Stir until smooth.

6 c. Special K cereal

Add syrup. With wet hands mix thoroughly, and pat into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
9 oz. chocolate bits

Stir to blend. Pour over cereal and spread like frosting a cake. Refrigerate. When top is hard, pry edges loose - turn out onto board and cut with sharp knife.
