1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
16 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
9 c. Special K cereal
16 oz. butterscotch or peanut butter chips

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add butterscotch (or peanut butter chips) and vanilla. Then stir in cereal. Press in cookie sheet. Then spread chocolate chips over it. Cut when cool.
