MAMIE E.'S FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
12 oz. German sweet chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow creme
2 c. nutmeats (choice of walnuts, pecans, etc.)

Boil sugar, butter, salt and milk for 6 minutes. In a bowl combine chocolate bits, German chocolate, marshmallow creme and nuts.

Pour the boiling syrup over the ingredients. Beat until chocolate is melted. Pour into pan. Let stand a few hours before cutting. Wrap in waxed paper and store in a tightly covered tin.
