KNORR SPINACH DIP 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup & recipe mix
8 oz. can water chestnuts (opt.)
3 green onions

Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. In blender, chop and blend all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Stir before serving.

This is a dip that even people who don't like spinach, like this dip.

Note: This is the original recipe, but some people don't like it prepared with Miracle Whip. You might want to try it with regular Mayo instead.

I have made this recipe numerous times. AWESOME. I do not use Miracle Whip, I use mayo. Best with Hawaiian sweet bread. Best next day, of course! :-)
