LAZY DAY COBBLER | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 2 (15 oz.) cans fruit (with juice) 1/4 c. sugar Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, 1 cup sugar and milk. Pour over butter, do not mix. Pour fruit and juice over top. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
