3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Place all ingredients into a jar, tighten lid and shake.
