RICE FLOUR MUFFINS | |
1 c. rice flour 2 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 1/2 c. ground oats 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. sesame oil 1 c. soy milk 2 eggs 1/4 c. nuts, ground 1/2 c. raisins or fresh blueberries Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Lightly oil and flour a 12 hole muffin tin. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix contents of two bowls and spoon into muffin tins. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. |
