GARLIC FRENCH DRESSING 
1/3 c. safflower oil
1/3 c. olive oil
2 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 cloves salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients in covered jar; shake. Let set 3-4 days before using. Drizzle over salad greens. Season with salt and liberally with pepper. Yield: 3/4 cup.
