CURRY CHICKEN DELIGHT 
4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, halved & boned
1/2 c. flour
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Coat pieces with flour. In a skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble; set aside. Add chicken to skillet and brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Transfer chicken to 8"x8"x2" casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and drizzle over chicken, uncovered, cook 15 minutes more. Top with crumbled bacon. Serves 8.
