PEACH AND ORANGE JAM 
2 qts. peaches, chopped
3/4 c. sliced fresh orange peel
1 1/2 c. orange pulp, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 c. sugar

Combine. Bring to a boil. Cook rapidly until thick (about 20 minutes). Makes 8 sterilized jars.
