PEACH OR PEAR REFRIGERATOR JAM 
6 c. peaches or pears
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
6 oz. pkg. lime jello for pears, orange jello for peaches

Cook peaches or pears, sugar and water for 5 minutes. Mash fruit if chunky. Stir in jello while mixture is hot. Watch carefully so it won't scorch. Put in containers; keep in refrigerator.
