CARROT CAKE 
2 c. granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. and 2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 jars baby food carrots (Jr. size)

Cream together sugar and oil, add eggs one at a time, sift and add to creamy mixture dry ingredients. Stir in baby food carrots. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Very moist.

FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and spread on cool cake.
