BROILER - BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
8 thin pork chops
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. ground hot red pepper

Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Arrange chops on broiler rack in single layer. Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger and red pepper in small bowl; stir well. Spread barbecue sauce over chops. Broil 6 inches from heat, without turning, until cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes. Check after 6 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
