BARBEQUE PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper
1 to 2 onions (sliced)

Brown pork chops or English ribs and sliced onion.

Make a sauce combining catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, celery seed, paprika and salt and pepper. Pour sauce over browned meat and onions. Cover and bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour.
