BARBECUE PORK CHOPS 
6 med. lean pork chops
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard (prepared)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 slice lemon
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire

Put pork chops in casserole dish. Mix together all ingredients except catsup and Worcestershire. Simmer all ingredients that's mixed for 3 minutes. Pour in catsup and Worcestershire. Stir and pour over pork chops. Place uncovered in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove and turn over chops. Return to oven 30 more minutes.
