CHILI 
3 lbs. chili meat or hamburger meat
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. comino
1 tsp. paprika
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes
1/2 can water

Brown meat with onions and garlic. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Serve plain or with tortilla chips, cheese and freshly chopped onions.
