CHILI 3 WAY 
3 lb. chili meat or 3 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tbsp. paprika
5 tbsp. chili powder
1 sm. garlic bud, grated
2 c. tomato juice
1 can kidney beans (27 oz.)
Spaghetti

Cook meat until it turns brown. Add spices, garlic and tomato juice. Simmer in pan until tender. Add water if needed. Add kidney beans in the last 10-15 minutes of cooking. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
