RANDY'S CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. stew beef
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 lg. can kidney beans
3 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. crushed red pepper
6-7 tsp. chili powder
3-4 tsp. cumin (add half to meat when browning)
1/2 lb. salt pork, cut in cubes
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (fresh, if desired)
4 cloves garlic
4 tsp. garlic salt
1 lime

Brown meat and onions together. Add half of the cumin while meat browns. Add rest of ingredients and continue cooking over low heat for about 1 hour. Add juice of 1 lime before serving.
