PIZZA LOAF 
1 egg
1 1/4 c. (1 - 10 1/2 oz. can) pizza sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. corn flakes
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (4 oz. can or 2/3 c.) mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 (6 oz. pkg. or 4 slices) Mozzarella cheese

Beat until thoroughly combined eggs, pizza sauce, salt, pepper and corn flakes. Add hamburg, onions, mushrooms and mix lightly but thoroughly. Press half the meat mixture evenly in bottom of ungreased square pan. Place 2 slices of cheese over meat mixture. Press remaining meat mixture evenly over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut remaining cheese into narrow strips. Lattice cheese strips over top of loaf. Bake 3 minutes longer. Garnish with parsley and sweet cherry peppers. 6 to 8 servings.
