PIZZA LOAF 
1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed
1 lb. ground beef
Green pepper
Olives
Onions
Mushrooms
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Fry hamburger, set aside. On a large baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil, press dough into a 10x13 inch rectangle. Layer the cheese, green pepper, onions, olives, mushrooms, or any pizza topping of your choice and hamburger down center of dough.

Fold sides of dough over filling, lapping the edges. Turn seam side down, pinch ends together and tuck under to seal. Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Makes 8-10 servings.
