COTTAGE CHEESE AND OLIVE DIP 
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. minced onion flakes
6 pitted black olives, chopped
6 stuffed green olives, chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste

In a blender container, combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and onion flakes. Blend until smooth. Spoon into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill to blend flavors. Makes 6 servings.
