MEXICAN CHICKEN 
Boneless, skinless chicken - 1 pack
Ground pepper
1 lg. jar of Old El Paso - thick 'n chunky salsa sauce
Minute rice

Clean then bake chicken at 300 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Remove cover and any pan drippings, sprinkle with pepper then add salsa sauce over chicken. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until done. Prepare minute rice and serve chicken over rice.
