1 box butter cake mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg

Cream butter; add egg and cake mix until it looks like dough. Press into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix together: 3 eggs 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
