CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 med. chicken, cooked and deboned
1 stick butter
1 pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans broth from chicken

Do not add salt. Melt butter and add cornbread stuffing; stir. In casserole dish, put one layer of stuffing and one layer of deboned chicken. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 can chicken broth and pour over first layer. Repeat second layer with stuffing and chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 can broth and pour over second layer. Sprinkle some of the stuffing mix on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
