TOFU MISOSHIRU 
8 oz. Tofu
1 qt. soup stock
1/4 tsp. salt
2 scallions, sliced
1/4 c. Miso

Cut Tofu into 1/2 inch cubes, set aside. Heat soup stock and when it comes to boil, add Tofu and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in Miso and salt until dissolved. Put scallions before serving.
