HAM BALLS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. vinegar
1 c. milk
2 lbs. ham loaf
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. brown sugar

Beat eggs; add milk, crackers, ham loaf and hamburger. Make into balls; place on cookie sheet in oven for 15-20 minutes. Take out and put in casserole dish. Mix ketchup, water, mustard, vinegar, and sugar. Pour this sauce over ham balls in casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, covered.
