HAM BALLS 
2 lbs. ground ham, ground twice
2 lbs. ham loaf mix or ground pork
1/2 c. milk (more, if needed)
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs
1/4 to 1/2 c. water

Mix and make into balls. I use a small ice cream scoop and can make 50 ham balls from this recipe. Place in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, pour off grease and pour on following sauce:

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. tomato soup
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Bake an additional 35 minutes
