BARBEQUE FOR 50 PEOPLE 
10 lb. hamburger
1 lg. bottle catsup
2 lb. brown sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Saute hamburger (you can add onions, optional). Pour off liquid.

2. Combine other ingredients simmer 5 minutes. If taste doesn't suit add what you think sauce needs everyone is different.

3. Pour into hamburger mixing well. Let simmer until slightly thick.

4. You can make the sauce and keep for meats or chicken. The recipe below is for smaller amount. 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. white sugar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, simmer 5 minutes. Put in refrigerator jar to be used later. Will keep.
