1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar; blend in one egg at a time, mixing well. Add vanilla. Stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours.

Drop a tsp. of dough in confectioners' sugar. Roll around and shape into ball. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Nut pieces on top are optional.
