QUICK LASAGNA 
1 (16 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 box lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
2 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook and drain ground beef. Add Ragu. Cook noodles until tender. Drain. Mix egg, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese with cottage cheese. In an 8 x 11 1/2-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 noodles, Ragu mixture, cottage cheese mixture and Mozzarella. Repeat layers.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
