QUICK'N EASY CLASSIC LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 lg. jar meatless spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagne noodles
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

In large pan, brown ground beef in oil. Add spaghetti sauce, simmer 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook lasagne as directed; drain. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan, spread 1 cup of sauce. Then alternate layers of lasagne, Ricotta, Sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, ending with sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until lightly browned and bubbling. Allow to stand 15 minutes; cut in squares to serve. Makes 8 servings.

PLAN AHEAD: Prepare a Classic Lasagne recipe, but do not bake, store in the freezer until needed.
