TUNA QUICHE 
6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1/4 c. sliced green onions
2 oz. jar chopped pimentos, drained
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Mix tuna, cheeses, onions and pimento in greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender, on high. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
