DEBBIE'S SAUSAGE ROUNDS 
2 c. self rising flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Rudy Farm's hot sausage, uncooked
1 stick butter

Let the butter and cream cheese come to room temperature. Mix flour, butter and cream cheese. Shape into a ball. Roll out into an oblong shape. Sprinkle with uncooked sausage leaving about an inch around the sides. Then roll into a log and chill for at least 2 hours before cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. After chilled, slice log into thin slices and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Be sure sausage is cooked through.
