PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. club soda
1/2 c. walnuts

Combine all ingredients. Beat 4 minutes. Bake in 9"x13" pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat until thoroughly mixed. Cover cooled cake, refrigerate.
