GRAPE SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavor gelatin
Boiling water
1/2 lb. red seedless grapes
1/2 lb. green seedless grapes
1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese

In medium bowl, stir 2 packages lemon flavor gelatin with 2 1/2 cups boiling water until gelatin is completely dissolved. Refrigerate until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon, about one hour.

Cut red and green grapes into halves. Fold grapes into thickened gelatin mixture; pour into 6 cup ring mold. Cover and refrigerate until almost set, about 30 minutes.

In small bowl, stir remaining package of lemon-flavor gelatin with 1/2 cup boiling water until dissolved. In covered blender at high speed, blend gelatin mixture and cottage cheese until smooth. Pour cottage cheese mixture over gelatin layer in mold. Cover and refrigerate until set, at least three hours.
