TOMATO AND ONION CASSEROLE 
3/4 stuffing mix (8 oz.)
2 c. thin sliced onions
8 good sized tomatoes
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter

Grease a 2-quart casserole and cover the bottom with a layer of stuffing mix. Top with a layer of tomatoes, then a layer of onions. Combine cheese with seasoning and sprinkle over. Then add a bit of stuffing mix, and a little melted butter. Repeat layers, covering top with a thin layer of stuffing mix. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
