MEXICAN SALAD 
2 heads lettuce, rinsed and torn
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 onion or fresh onions
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. bag Fritos
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch style beans
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing

Rinse and drain. Chill beans. Brown hamburger meat. Crumble. Cool. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Add all other ingredients. Chop onion and tomatoes; grate cheese. Add beans and dressing last; toss.
