ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer or broiler chicken, cut in serving pieces
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika

Mix oil, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and cayenne pepper; pour over chicken; cover; refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning chicken occasionally.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together flour and paprika. Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Coat chicken with flour mixture, then dip into marinade. Place chicken in single layer in ungreased baking pan. Bake 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
