ANGELIC LEMON BARS | |
1 box lemon cake mix 3 eggs 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 box powdered sugar Blend cake mix, 1 egg, pecans and stick of butter. Crumble together and press in jelly roll pan with hands. Cream 2 eggs, powdered sugar and cream cheese together. Pour this on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake is light brown on top. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar and chopped pecans if desired. Cool and cut into bars. |
