CAESAR SALAD | |
1 clove garlic 3 tbsp. cold pressed olive oil 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 2 tsp. natural soy sauce 6 Greek olives, pitted & chopped into paste 2 bunches Romaine lettuce 1 c. croutons 1. Soak the garlic in the olive oil for 30 minutes, then remove the garlic and discard. 2. In a jar, combine the olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce and Greek olive paste. Secure lid and shake until the dressing is emulsified. 3. Place the lettuce in a large salad bowl and toss with dressing. Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately. |
