LIME JELLO MOLD 
1 can pear halves (12 lb. 13 oz.)
1 c. pear juice
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 c. Cool Whip

Drain pears (save) mash; set aside. Heat juice 1 cup, add Jello, mash cream cheese, add milk, add to warm lime Jello, mix until smooth. Cool until slightly thickened in refrigerator. Add pears and fold in Cool Whip. Makes 6 cups. Put in mold and refrigerate until set.
