2 boxes lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
16 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
Small miniature marshmallows
12 oz. Cool Whip

Put 2 boxes Jello in bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add cold water and stir. Mix mayonnaise with cottage cheese and put in Jello and mix well. Add drained pineapple and stir until starting to thicken. Put in mold. Chill until set. When unmolding, mix miniature marshmallows and Cool Whip. Spread on top of Jello. This is a family favorite!
