OVEN BAKED STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
1 lg. pkg. carrots
6 potatoes
6 onions
2 green peppers
6 stalks celery
2 cans beef broth
2 lg. cans tomatoes
3 tsp. salt
7 tbsp. tapioca

Prepare all vegetables for cooking. Place all ingredients in a roasting pan and bake covered for 5 hours at 250 degrees. Add water if needed.
